Mid-Surgery Update
The nurse came out of the operating room a few minutes ago and told us that the surgery would be lasting longer than the estimated four hours. He said Dad's vital signs are fine, and that there were no problems with the surgery; it is just going slower than expected. He said it would be "several more hours" until they were done. It makes me more thankful for the hospital's wireless internet connection! :)
